Julia Hyndman, BFA, LMT

Hello and welcome — I’m Julia, a bodyworker, artist, and coach devoted to whole-hearted healing and expression.

 

Through manual therapy and gentle coaching, I help guide your body out of tension, stress, and trauma, creating space for more ease and presence.

 

I believe in our capacity for compassion and clear awareness — and I want to see you thrive as life unfolds.

How you heard about this global phenomena? People all over the world are dancing as a way to find healing, connect with others, and find community. Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container, & facilitated by a professional DJ. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves, and also connected to a common source.
